Error al instalar SQL

El error es este:

Buenas tardes Juan, por lo que veo es que tu configuración regional no es la correcta para la instalación. Te recomiendo que vayas a PANEL DE CONTROL y en Reloj y Región y luego en Formato busca Español ESPAÑA.
